When reviewing the text message history there will be numbers that are 1CODE with seven digits following. What are these and how can I figure out who they belong to?

I had a cell phone account with AT&T several years ago.  I don't remember, but I think my account might have been closed in 2015.  I need to request my account history for a legal matter.  Where can I send my request?
